Your queen can do absolutely nothing but laying eggs. You can't build, delete or upgrade queen chamber. It has 7 tiles and each tile can hold 10 food. Queen chamber acts as both nursery and food storage. You usually start a freeplay game or mission with a queen and 3 worker units.
